Delivery & Returns
- Our standard delivery time is 3-4 working days to Mainland UK on all standard stock items.
- Delivery lead time is longer for specialist items which are manufactured to order.
- Additional delivery time and charges also apply for some delivery areas.
- Deliveries are made on Monday to Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm (excluding bank holidays) unless otherwise agreed.
- All address information for delivery must be accurate, including the postcode and the contact name and telephone number.
- Office Solutions UK cannot accept responsibility for late or non-delivery if customer's address and telephone details are insufficient or incorrect.
- Orders will only be dispatched once full payment has been received, including postage and packaging.
- We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
- All deliveries require a signature.
- Where the courier is unable to successfully deliver they will be returned and an additional charge will be made for re-delivery.
- Please note in adverse weather conditions the delivery lead time of orders placed with us can be longer than normal.
- Standard kerbside delivery to Mainland UK is charged at £24.00 including VAT.
